Working with Athena was an absolute pleasure! She has a knack for translating vague ideas into stunning, functional design. Not only did she listen carefully to my requirements, but she also took the initiative to make sure the details were correct. Athena’s commitment to excellence truly sets her apart. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy source, you will be happy with your results with Athena’s skillset!

Athena stepped in and took away all my stress of attempting to create my website on my own. I thought I could do it without professional help, but I quickly realized its best to leave it to those that know what they are doing. Athena was quick to jump on a call to explain how she worked and what to expect when hiring her. I loved that she was based in the US! My site was up and running within 10 days and looks better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend Athena and her team.

I am extremely happy with the quality of work, communication and how long it took to create our website. They made sure that anything we needed they did. Any questions we had they answered and explained in detail any confusion we might have had. They work with us and were very professional. Will definitely be using them in the near future for other projects we have and recommending them to everyone we know who needs their website done as well.

Athena’s a game-changer & true professional, with an eye for design that's both aesthetically pleasing & user-friendly. A digital artist who understands the importance of brand identity & the power of a first impression. My new website is not just visually stunning but also intuitive to navigate. The end result is a sophisticated, responsive website that engages visitors & leaves a lasting impact. Athena’s work is a testament to Quix Sites talent and dedication to excellence!

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Fixes, timing, cost and ongoing support.

Can you fix a WordPress site you didn't build?

Yes. Most of the sites we help were built by someone else. We review the site first, so we understand the setup before we change anything.

My site has been hacked. Can you help?

Yes. We assess the damage, remove the malware, restore a clean working site and harden it so the same attack does not work twice. We quote the cleanup before we start.

How quickly can you help?

We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner. If your site is down or hacked, say so in the form and we prioritize it.

How much does a fix cost?

It depends on the problem. We review your site first and give you a written quote before any work starts, so you know the cost upfront.

Do you support WooCommerce?

Yes. We fix and maintain WooCommerce stores, including checkout, payments, plugins and product updates.

Do I have to sign up for a plan?

No. We can fix the problem on its own. If you want ongoing help afterwards, our month-to-month support plans cover hosting, security, backups, updates and support time.

Are the support plans locked into a contract?

No. Plans are month to month and can change as your site grows. Cancel with 30 days notice.

I'm an existing customer. How do I get support?

Email support@quixsites.com or call (702) 710-9588 and our team will pick it up.

Can I just ask a question?

Of course. Use the form above and tell us what you need, or email hi@quixsites.com and we'll get back to you.
