Do you manage WordPress websites you did not build?
Yes. We can take over an existing WordPress website after an initial health check. If we find pre-existing security, performance, compatibility, or hosting issues, we will explain the remediation required before the ongoing care plan begins.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes. Pro and Expert are designed for more complex WordPress environments, including WooCommerce stores. We can monitor payment and checkout functionality, maintain plugins, and support product or content updates within the plan allowance.
What happens if an update breaks the website?
We back up the site before maintenance and verify important pages and functions afterwards. If an update causes a conflict, we can restore the previous working version and investigate safely rather than leaving the website broken.
Is hosting included?
Managed hosting on Google Cloud with SSL is included in the care-plan specification. Storage, CDN, bandwidth, and support allowances vary by plan, and we will confirm the correct tier after reviewing your site.
Are the plans locked into a long contract?
No. Care plans operate month to month and can be changed as your website requirements grow. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
What if the website is already hacked or unstable?
We will assess the problem first. Pre-existing malware, broken custom code, failed updates, or major hosting issues may require a separate remediation project before the site can enter ongoing management.
